This wine was produced from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from 2003 and 2004 vintages, Merlot grapes from 2003 and 2004 vintages and Zinfandel grapes from 2003 vintage. All grapes used to produce this blend were harvested by hand from mature vineyards in the Judean Hills. The final production was done in our family owned, operated, and managed winery.
Our goal for this wine was to create blend that contained younger wine aged 8 months in oak barrels that exhibits fine aroma, and a fruity freshness. Combined with matured wine aged 22 months in oak barrels that exhibits a rich body with complexity and big tannins that give the wine extended age worthiness.
The finish is very long and balanced by the best fruit traits of each varietal and vintage. Combined they make a wonderful assortment of intricate tastes on the palate.
We recommended opening this blend at least two hours before drink it and serving in 18? C/ 65?F.
