This wine produced from 100% gewurztraminer grapes. The grapes were harvested at a vineyard located in the foothills of the Judean Hills. The low crop and the late harvest yielded great and high concentration of delicate taste and aromas. The wine was fermented in 9 C in order to retain the special aromas of this varietal. The winemaker controlled the fermentation process after a taste testing in the laboratory with an aim towards creating a semi sweet wine with a low content of sugar from the grapes. The wine's color is bright and clear. In the scent there is the nuance of spring blossom. On the palate you will find a heave body and large range of fruit on this smooth and pleasant wine.
